I think you need to reformat your quiz. You can't give someone "yes" or "no" answers on a quiz that asks "where and why" etc. or ask questions that have subjective as opposed to objective answers.

i think you need to redo this test , i took the test three times and had the answers different each time , i still got plastic surgery no matter how i answered the questions lol i see ever one else is all plastic in there test lol

I think this quiz has to be redone as well, I never had plastic surgery and don't want any and I still scored 85 % plastic surgery???
Also some of the questions didn't really make sense and there were only 3

Let's hope this was just a practise run...I'm with Fender (of course), never had any surgery, let alone plastic, and would like to keep it that way, and I got 85% too 
Guess that's cuz I wouldn't lie about it?????
